Why invest in yourself?

When it comes to investing in myself I have always put it off. Being a mother and a provider I have always put my needs and wants on the back burner to make sure everyone else’s needs are meant. Which in the end left me with a cup half empty. You can’t continue to pour from a cup that is slowly drying out.

I have made it a priority to make time to myself. Put makeup on, an outfit I feel most confident in and pose in-front of a camera. When it comes to boudoir shoots, it is a well deserved investment for women and even some men!

You’ll be able to step in-front of a camera and feel beautiful and like the queen you are! Boudoir shoots are powerful because you learn how beautiful you are in someone else’s eyes vs the horrible image you make yourself out to be. You are pampered the whole time being the center of the light. The universe is revolving around you in that moment. Before your shoot stop and grab your favorite drink and snack! After your shoot go get a massage! Make it a whole self care day! We all deserve self care and to prioritize it because if we continue to pour from something that is slowly draining dry we aren’t going to be our full selves.
